Corey Brown | Founder-Coach

Coach Corey played professional baseball for 12 years, from 2007-2018. He was drafted as the 57th pick in 2007 by the Oakland Athletics. Corey got traded to the Washington Nationals Organization in 2010, and made his major league debut September 2011.

Corey was a 3-year starter at Oklahoma State University (OSU) where he earned Freshman of the year Big 12 Honors, 2x All American Honors, and was inducted into the OSU Hall of Fame in 2016.

Corey is also a local native to Tampa. He played baseball at Plant High School from 2001-2004, where his number was retired.

Corey was born and raised in South Tampa, Florida where his parents and 5 brothers still reside. He’s been married for 6 years to his wife Bridget and they have two children (Miller 4, Linden 2) and a 75lb lap dog named Marley. They are expecting baby Brown number 3 in the Spring of 2019.
